Pre-Payment Options

Please take advantage of the options to prepay your student's meal accounts. Prepaid meal accounts help the lunch lines go faster and gives students more time to eat, relax, and play. It also gives you the peace of mind of not having to worry about looking for lunch money every day or worry that it might get lost, stolen or used for other things other than lunch.

Online Payments

Online payments are a simple, safe and secure way to make payments to your students account 24 hours a day at your convenience.  All funds will deposit into General account unless Meal account is specified.

Meal Account vs. General Account: What is the Difference?

Meal Account - Money deposited in this account allows the student to purchase only a meal.  Students will not be able to make a la carte purchases for items such as ice cream or extra menu items (ex. additional entrees or a single milk).

General Account - Money deposited in this account allows the student to purchase both meals and a la carte purchases.  Students are able to purchase all a la carte items.

Sending Check or Cash

You may always bring money personally or send it with your student. Please place it in an envelope marked clearly with your student's name, their ID #, their teacher's name, the $ amount and the check #. Turn in prepaid deposits to the cafeteria cashier(s) or school office.  Make checks out to the school site cafeteria. All funds will deposit into General account unless Meal account is specified.  Refunds – If relocating from our district, please correspond with us via email to request your refund. Please supply us with student name, ID#, campus, grade and mailing address, phone number where check should be mailed to.

If relocating from our district, please use the Refund link on the home page to have your student’s balance refunded.  Requests received after June 5th will be processed at the beginning of the Fall Semester.
